If a product is incorrectly described, differs from a sample shown, or fails to perform as intended, you may choose from the following options: a replacement, a credit, or a refund.

We will cover all freight charges so that you are not out of pocket. If an incorrect item is sent, we will ask that it be returned to us in its original condition, ensuring the process is simple and hassle-free.
